The energy-efficient house built by the Lungs of the city Team, the only Hungarian team of the Solar Decathlon Europe 2022 International Building Innovation Competition, was inaugurated at a bush ceremony on 13th May in Pécs by László György dr., Minister of State for Economic Strategy and Regulation of the Ministry of Innovation and Technology. The team of the Faculty of Engineering and Information Technology of the University of Pécs designed and built the multifunctional residential building deploying unique solutions, the MAGYAR FÉSZEK+ environmentally positive home, based on renewable energy sources and with sustainability in mind, for the Solar Decathlon World Competition, which will be held this year in Wuppertal.
