Volunteering for Clean Hungary is today the largest volunteer movement in Hungary. This year it has been held for the eighth time. Between 18-24 March, 2019 volunteers of ‘Take the garbage up!’ as part of the garbage collecting campaign cleaned up all over the country. Experience shows that those who take part in this kind of garbage collecting action will become more sensitive to the purity of their environment and will become more sensitive to the conservation and protection of natural resources.

This year volunteers started from 16 departure location on 21st March, 2019 at 10am. 694 people from the University of Pécs attended the event: 199 staff members, 440 students and 55 university students joined the program.
