The University of Sarajevo, together with its international partners, organised the Closing Meeting and Green Conference entitled “From Knowledge to Action – Universities Driving the Green Transition” on 20–21 January 2026.
The first Water Resilience Forum — focusing on Europe’s key issues of water security and climate adaptation — was held on 8 December in Brussels by the European Commission, in cooperation with the European Economic and Social Committee and the Committee of the Regions.

The three-year project, titled SUSGREEN, aims to replace petroleum-based fuels with greener alternatives and thereby reduce the ecological footprint of air travel.Hydrogen plays a key role in this process.
